List of current relevant third parties who may have access to your data

I use the following services and they may have access to your data when you use my website or interact with me in any other way. Follow the links to know about their compliance with applicable Data Protection requirements. Information accuracy depends on what I could find. Please feel free to let me know if you spot any inaccuracy or missing elements.

Code42 – Based in the USA – provides an online backup solution for my computer’s_compliance_with_GDPR

MailChimp – Based in the USA – Provides email marketing services

Microsoft – Based in the USA and Ireland – I use Outlook as my main email software

Google – Based in the USA – I use a gmail address for the administration of this website and for some customer communications

Facebook – Based in the USA – I’m sure you know about this social network ☺

Google Analytics – Based in the USA – I use this to manage my website

SiteGround – Based in several countries – I use this company to host my website (on servers physically located in the UK)
(they are still working on things with regards to GDPR…)

WordPress – Unsure of geographical location, presumably the USA – I use this platform to run my website
(I could not find a privacy policy, but here is some text taken from the sample privacy policy WP suggests should be added to all WP sites.

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some of your plugins may collect personal data.

WordPress plugins – Many do not use cookies; all things pertaining to cookies can be accessed and modified on the Cookies page.
